When you decorate for your spider-themed Halloween party you can use huge paper spiders available at party stores. They will also have lots of other spider items that can be used for turning the party area into a wonderful web!
Have a craft project or two ready for your party-goers. A spider web visor is a clever project and fun to make. You will need orange visors, a permanent black marker, plastic spiders and a glue gun. Use the marker to draw a spider web on the visor and glue a plastic spider anywhere on the visor. Spider rings are easy to make and fun to wear. Purchase orange and black chenille stems, 3/4" black buttons, 1" black pom-poms, 3mm orange pom-poms, and tacky glue. Thread the stem through the button and measure the proper length to fit around your finger. Then cut four 3" black stems and glue them across the top of the button. Glue the black pom-pom on top of the button and use the orange pom-poms for eyes. Bend the chenille stems to look like spider legs when the glue has dried.
