Halloween makeup instructions do not need to be overwhelming and you do not need to be a Hollywood makeup artist to produce scary results. All you need are some scary Halloween makeup instructions.
Let's start with the Halloween makeup instructions for a werewolf. The first thing you do is apply a thin layer of Spirit Gum where the modeling putty will be placed. When the spirit gum is almost dry model the nose shape you want to use with modeling putty.
Cover your entire face and modeled nose with No. 24 makeup base and then apply a color set powder. You are now ready to add shadows with No.10C makeup. Now you can start with your hair. Use spirit gum to apply the crepe hair. Begin at a low spot on your face and build up over each previous layer.
You can style or trim the hair as you wish. You might also want to purchase fang teeth for a really scary finishing touch.
Now let's try a witch. Begin with spirit gum on your nose and chin area. Let this dry almost completely and model your nose and chin shapes.
Cover your face and the modeled shapes with No. 24 makeup base and then lightly powder with color set powder. You can add shaded areas with green makeup and create shadows with gray makeup.
Use a liner pencil to shape your eyebrows. Now you can add a wig and witches' hat and you're ready for Halloween parties or treat-or-treating.
