Halloween Pumpkins are the pumpkin fruit decorated for the celebration of Halloween. The pumpkin is usually carved into a jack-o-lantern. The pumpkin is a large pulpy round fruit that has a thick, orange-yellow rind and numerous seeds. The Halloween pumpkins are the most famous symbol of the Halloween festival.
The Halloween is an ancient celebration held on 31st of October every year in the United States and some other countries. The traditional belief is that on that day, the souls of the dead relatives revisit their former homes. The ancient people usually position a pumpkin carved into a jack-o-lantern placed on the window at sun-down to placate the spirits and obtain blessings from these spirits.
